The Parent Signature table is a way to show me that you actually read. When I assign you a certain amount of time to read, I expect it to be done. But sometimes kids don't read what the alotted time says to read. This chart is just to show me that you did what you were supposed to and you read. It is required that every time I assign reading, your parent fills out the chart, I don't have to specificall state that you need a PS. I will check it every day that I assign reading and after we have filled all 30 spots out. If you fill up your whole chart on time, you will get 10 points added on to any test. Print this and glue it on page 1 of your notebook.
